This huge Roosevelt elk was killed by Scott Ballard in Oregon
in 2002 that scores an amazing 417 1/8 gross and 404 6/8 net B&C. If this makes the
official panel score, will easily be the new world record. This will be the first
Roosevelt Elk killed by a hunter that net scores over 400 B&C points.
